Second class has had a fantastic start to 2026! We have been busy working hard in maths, Gaeilge, Irish, PE, and religion in particular. We’ve enjoyed celebrating St. Brigid’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Shrove Tuesday, and Ash Wednesday.
In art, we have explored clay and paper-mâché, letting our creativity shine. In maths, we’ve been learning about data, fractions, and place value, and in Irish, we practiced making pancakes agus caife Gaelach—and that’s just a taste of all the exciting things we’ve been doing! We’re also brushing up on our Tin Whistle talent thanks to Ms Millane 🎶
We love learning new things every day and can’t wait to see what comes next.
